UpHOTEL was founded in Jelenia Góra in 2012. We started by presenting offers from hotels in the Jelenia Góra Valley and building relationships with local properties.
As our clients’ needs grew, we expanded first into bookings in other regions, then into transport, tickets, additional services, business travel, trade fairs and MICE. Today, we manage journeys worldwide.
We measure client satisfaction, collect feedback and analyse delivered services. This allows us to develop our offer flexibly and continuously improve how we work with clients.
